There are a LOT of workout programs that are simply fads. They promote yo-yo dieting, and may give quick results but require extreme changes in your lifestyle. This means that once you actually get a few weeks or months in, your body snaps back to what you were doing before. This may manifest itself in a binge spree, or maybe you just lose all motivation.
Either way, I decided one day that enough was enough.
